The End of August

That was fast! No one really believes the time would simply just past like no tomorrow. At least to us all Otaku and toys collectors is good news because we can starts again shopping again. Well, I haven’t got mine yet. But for now, I already plan what to get next. recently just started the 20% off for Visa card owners and I already found what I want from there. Also, I recently discover another Hong Kong online store that selling Japanese robot toys, plastic models, resin kits and hobby magazines. I am not going to reveal the site yet until it is reconfirm safe online store. I have my own reason delaying because I discover there is a limited MG Gundam I want it so much and couldn’t share it to avoid getting stolen. That will be saving for announcing tomorrow. As for my next pre-order…

Yes, MG Gundam Blue Frame 2nd Revise will be my next pre-order. Bandai is going to bundle limited four types backpack units to allow MG Blue frame to use on all different Seed VS Astray unit backpack weapons. Not only that, it also allow other MG Gundam Seed series and including its own on others. Not a bad deal for me. Yummy…

Chinese National Courier Company Transports Service

I come across this video when I was browsing around today. Chinese in China are so popular copying products, bad manners and systems in the country. How about wondering their customers and handling services?

According to the poster, this recorded footage is from one of the popular Chinese national courier company transport service throwing the parcels and boxes like pan-cake. Truly really disgust by such behavior and the worst are the people doesn’t even bother about it. Well, what can I say? it’s normal.

GSC Replacement Parts Arrived. But…

More than one month of waiting is over! After receiving post card two days ago from my mail box. I was so excited to get Drossel fix yesterday. Guess what? Things weren’t turns out that well for me instead it create another nightmare after getting it from the post office.

Look at what Good Smile Company (GSC) sent to me? An envelope! I’m not really worried about the arm, but the helmet. There is no way this kind of hard envelope going to protect Drossel helmet ribbon area from being damage. It was squeeze so badly, in the end it break. Seriously, this GSC or probably the Max Factory guys never bother to think twice before packing it.
What a waste! Luckily Drossel arm were unharmed. I’m not going to send and request another one. It’s pointless thing to do after seeing such unacceptable packing  behaviour.
Replacement in progress….
Oh Yeah!
Alright, in case any of Figma collectors received bad produce figures and your online merchants doesn’t want to replace it for you. You can contact Good Smile Company customer support (support [at] goodsmile [dot] jp).

Looking for Limited Transformer and Upgrade Parts?

No plan yet for me to get Transformer this year. But I can introduce one website that you can easily have some chances to find and hard to buy your favorite Transformer toys from Hong Kong online merchant. I found it last few weeks ago when I was browsing around iGear TF blog. The online store is called has been around for quite a while and also well mention in Transformer community news site. They are also the site sponsor in The reasons I recommend it because you can really find most of the Transformer stuffs there. Most importantly, for those who prefer US over Japan made Transformer version both are available for you to choose. Even the Fans Project and iGear TF custom made upgrades and accessories are available in the store. In case you had a hard time looking for it.

Since the store is based in Hong Kong. We are expecting to pay in US dollar. However, don’t get a wrong impression with the dollar issue. Firstly, their prices are quite competitive against many other online merchant in Asia and US especially the bundles are so attractive. Secondly, they accept Paypal with no extra charges and thirdly, shipping to Brunei is not that expensive.

Although there is slightly draw backs, mostly they are out of stocks and an unattractive web layout. But I can assure you that this is one of the good places to find Transformer and the upgrade parts in Asia.

What’s Da Big Deal without Girlfriend?

It’s really irritating when relative’s members asking why you haven’t had a girlfriend. I pretty hate them asking silly question about me this kind of question and bug into my life they don’t even know. Totally annoying, whenever they starts this kind of topic in front of everyone gathering on that special day. I would leave the table or get home early.

My mom never expects me too much from me because she knows what our situation is different. For those family members (from my side) who are rich, of course they won’t worry any single shit about that if their daughter and son get married early. For me who are just average income, what’s the point getting married and even having an unstable relationship?

I am one of those people who are much more focusing on having better career and self enjoyment first. Having a relationship and marriage can be later. Of course, there are plenty of reasons I choose to be single at my current age.

  • First, I am the person who doesn’t like dragging down my partner following me through hardship. I care about their future, if I am not the one. I won’t mind breaking up with her.
  • Secondly, I have no money. This issue especially the parents these days are now sensitive on this and I’m not bullshitting. It’s very rare for parents would close their eyes. Every parents hope for better standard living for their beloved daughters.
  • Third, I am an Atheist.   If I don’t mixed well with my relatives who are religious. I don’t think that make any different to other parent who going to like me. It may not be true, but I did encounter this situation before so this is a bit complicated.
  • Fourth, new car and house are the two main priorities in my life. How do you going to get married without any of them? We don’t have a MRT here.
  • Fifth, I don’t like traditional. If I ever get marry one day, my wedding arrangements going to cost less and simple. Celebrating and inviting cousins, relatives and friends are very costly for huge dinner’s event. Chinese specifically are very face saving, and it’s hard to convince them going for simple wedding standard. Unless they are open minded and that’s going to be different story. Most importantly your partner would agree your action.

There can be change in the future. Who knows, right? But finger cross from me as I don’t really expect much going to be different once it happens. To be honest, I am much more worrying my toys. Hehehe…

Unlocking Full 4GB Support in Vista 32bit

Raymond.CC few days ago wrote an article about unlocking 4GB support in Vista and Window Seven under the 32 bits. I did try the patch. However, it doesn’t work on my Vista Home because it kept on saying about the file is being used. I can’t figure out why and I tried few unlocking programs to check if Vista is using the ntoskrnl.exe. No luck I have to say, even I used the other second boot up in XP also doesn’t allow me to patch directly.

Luckily, I did browse through the comments for some better advice. Someone actually provide another unlocking patch program that is safer to used compare to the one Raymond.CC provided that doesn’t work for me. The ReadyFor4GB (not sure who made it), but the patching process is very easy and it helps to create another boot menu for you to select either the hack or the original ntoskrnl.exe version during boot up which is much safer if anything goes wrong. it might be annoying to you but I prefer reinstalling my Vista.

I already tested the patching and now running it in my Vista. I can’t say anything yet at this moment if there are anything wrong with my Vista especially the programs and games. Further daily test will be continuing as usual working on my PC.

Okay now, I’m sure most of you might want to try it. But please be advice I won’t held any responsibility if you want to try patching this hack file on your Vista or Window Seven 32 bit. Before you do anything, please make sure you check the motherboard or laptop that can support running more than 4GB memory ram. If it allows it, you are safe to go for it. Please remember to use it on your own risk!

PS3 Slim Ad

Link from Danny Choo Twitter. I don’t think advertisement really shows you a ‘wow’ impression. But I find it quite creative with different way to intro PS3 slim console. I haven’t plan if I might get PS3 next year. I will see because of the Gundam and figure is too much on my list! >_>;;;

Johnnie Walker Ad

Geezz…I have no idea what happen to me just now suddenly fall asleep in my chair after I got back from work. Half way done writing my new post. It was a at least three hours and now feeling dizzy now since I haven’t eat my dinner and bath. Anyway, going to bath first and cook a noodle later.

For the time being check out the Johnnie Walker ad ‘Walk’. A six minute history advertisement made for Johnnie Walker. It was pretty damn creative and good. Check it out below.

Tokyo Magnitude 8.0

It’s a drama disaster animation with very good written story. I highly recommended for every Otaku fans out there looking for fresh and different drama series. It was release last month and currently air episode six in Japan. I haven’t watched the latest one, but the episode five was really touching and can’t wait to know what happen to the rest.

Although I had ever experience earthquake in my whole life. Since this animation is only a Sci-fi based story, nonetheless it was based on real research and verification by the teams behind Tokyo magnitude 8.0. Some few safety tips might even help you if you ever encounter it.

Check out the trailer below and you can also visit the official website to find out more.

The premise of the project is the 70% or higher possibility that a magnitude 7.0 earthquake will occur in Tokyo in the next 30 years. The anime will depict what would happen if an 8.0 earthquake took place. The story will center on Mirai, a middle school freshman girl who goes to Tokyo’s artificial Odaiba Island for a robot exhibition with her brother Yutaka at the start of summer vacation. A powerful tremor emanates from an ocean trench, the famed Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge crumble and fall, and the landscape of Tokyo changes in an instant. With the help of a motorcycle delivery woman named Mari who they meet on Odaiba, Mirai and Yutaka strive to head back to their Setagaya home in western Tokyo. (v.i.a ANN)

Evidens Themes

After spending extra one day for code revising and check for any missing tracking code using Google Analytic. It was a disaster when Google Analytic didn’t track down any visitor records start from June. I have completely lost track at least two month on how many visitor drop by to my blog. It’s funny that Bloglog still able to continue to record down even the code is missing. O_O;

It’s true that I don’t frequently log in and check the statistic every week. I only do it once a month or later because I have another Bloglog to keep track on the numbers. But that numbers it just record down the new and return visitors for only three days. Unless you willing to pay for the premium services. Nonetheless, Google Analytic provides more accurate statistic and a feature to let you know how long the visitors actually reading your blog. If you intend to start a business, this web tool is a must for you.

Anyway, the improved version (especially the posting code) called Milano themes for replacing my previous doesn’t seems work properly whenever I insert my Feeds and articles in the popular section. It just turns out weird sometimes under Firefox and IE. I like the Milano, the improvement has greatly reduced my time going through the HTML section to edit my stuffs. I have no idea why the others use and work fine. But mine just messed up whenever I insert the code and moreover it was a fix version I’m using BTW with JavaScript supported.

With all the effort I wasted on Friday night. My last option and decided to land myself on Evidens theme. Some changes have been done on it because I don’t like the dotted image and the color appear on the side widgets. The result turns out really good on wider LCD and it doesn’t look so messy even if you are using 1024x768 screen resolution because it will automatically resize it. Well, I’m not so sure about the 800x600. >.<;

Optimus Prime Classic Gets Upgrade

It’s really rare seeing Optimus Prime classics toys getting upgrade from the maker called Fans Project. I didn’t really pay too much attention and chase Transformer news really often. But this time I decided to check it out as it looks interesting.
The upgrade kits have already released many upgrade and conversion sets. I can only name a few because Fans Project also releases customs weapons and accessories around the world which you can check out here. Shadow Commander and Powered Convey are one of them. The third is coming known as City Commander Ultra Magnus and to be release soon. The picture below shows how it looks like.

Damn, isn’t it looking crazy good? Well, the price also god damn expensive just for the upgrade, at least for me. But for diehard fans, this is no excuse not getting it. man, it looks like I am going to collect Transformer sooner rather than just Gundam. ^^;; I might went broke the rest of my life loh!
So far, the only online store I could find is Toy-Wave from Hong Kong that you can pre-order the upgrade parts. I’m not really familiar with this merchant, it was recommended by Singaporean. But they do sell a lot of limited and special stuffs there like the Bandai stuffs, so it worth to take a look around. Please be warned that there will be extra 4% charge if you use Paypal. Just to let you know first before you start adding to the carts without second thought.

Sniffing Around World Webby

Quiet as usual for me lately and the only thing I can currently do in life is sniffing around the website looking for news and at the same time spending some moment looking at the guide on how to assemble Gundam kits.

I just needed to shape up a bit on the idea how to assemble the aftermarket metal thrusters for Gundam. Luckily, manage to fund some site and modeler teaching beginner how to do that but you simply needed some require tools before you can do that.

If you are looking for aftermarket metal thrusters, you can check out HLJ under the company name call HiQ Parts. It got a lot of great stuffs to improve and gives your Gundam more great looking.

Thanks to that, I ended up getting some Gunpla (again) from Hobby Link Japan Summer (or Obon) Sales. It’s not really that expensive purchase this time. I just get those cheapest High Grade kits (2xGN-X III & 1xAEU Enact) that listed 50% discount that’s it. In the end the total shipping keeps me quite a low budget.

Let’s hope for next month it won’t come again. I mean the sales. ^^;;

Otaku Burns Down Mother’s Home in Gundam Revenge

I caught this news at Sankaku Complex (don’t visit if you are under 12 years old) ^^;; and totally laugh hard when I read it. As a die hard Gundam fan myself, I do understand the losses all his stuffs. But things can be talk through with your parents and let them know not to touch anything or throw it away your treasures.

A man has burnt down his home after his mother threw out his Gundam collection, lamenting “I’ve lost my precious Gundam, I may as well die.”

The man, a 29-year-old factory worker and Gundam collector in Hyogo prefecture, who needless to say lived in his mother’s house, became so distraught at the loss of his collection at the hands of his mother that felt his only recourse was fire.

He doused his room in kerosene and ignited it with a lighter, causing a conflagration which swiftly burnt the two storey wooden house to the ground.

Apparently not quite ready to die along with his Gundam, he fled the house and escaped without injury.

His mother (55), who was in the building as her son burnt it down, also escaped.

He explained what happened thus: “My precious Gundam plamo were all thrown out by my mother; I thought I’d die too.”

He has been arrested on charges of arson.

Korean Naked News

If you are fans on the Korean celebrities, you probably heard about this hot news in Korea recently about this Naked News Korea was a scam and were already ceased operation few months ago. According to allkpop news, everyone who worked there were all victims. This dude, John Chau, was the mastermind behind all this fraud and got away. If you applied worked in other country, just be careful on the names start with John Chau. Hahaha!

Don’t worry about the Youtube video I posted here. It was a censored version. If you want the uncensored one, go look for yourself. Responds at

I’m sure most of you had heard about Play-Asia (my ad banner) by now. They are one of the popular online toys and games merchant at Hong Kong. I buy quite a lot of trading figures, plush dolls, solar gadgets and PC games from them in the past. And so I decided to leave my personal review on because they pays attentions and monitors the feedbacks every week from the customers.

I, myself also experience some problems in the past and I really couldn’t forget getting a wrong figure. It was USD$65.00 that time and I was totally pissed off at them not responding my email for three days at least. It was really unforgettable hatred in my life. I encourage unhappy buyers to post your unhappy experience and complain over at the website. I just got mine yesterday so you can read here that responds to my previous review.

Dear Chong,
I just read your review and if you don't mind would like to respond to a few points on behalf of our company.
Customer feedback is very important for us, and that we participate at has basically the reason that it gives us a better opportunity to improve our operations, by learning from our customers.
It is of course sad to hear that you previously had problems with our customer service. Regarding the point, that we deliver orders to fast, instead of holding them to clarify things with a customer:  most of our customer seem to want their goods as fast as possible. That’s why we often do partial shipments for airmail orders and generally try to ship out orders as fast as possible.
In general we do have a 24h email policy. During the week (Monday-Friday), every email should be answered within 24h. Usually we always reach this quota, only in very special situations (before Christmas or if technical problems occur) it might take a bit longer.
So your cancelations by email should also be confirmed within 24 hours.
Regarding the pre-orders. As far as I see you use most of the time PayPal to pay your orders. PayPal is a pre-payment method, similar to a bank transfer. A PayPal payment is always done at the moment you place your order.
With credit cards, we really do only charge the order after the parcel is packed for shipping. What often leads to confusion with customers, is that we do a so called "online authorization", when we receive the order. This is a temporary blockage of funds, similar to what hotels do upon check-in.
If your pre-order is expected to be shipped not within the next week, we would do a test-authorization over US$, if your order is anticipated within the next few days, we would authorize the full amount, to be later able to charge the card.
This authorization is temporary and will disappear within 1-2 weeks (depending on the credit card issuing bank), if there is no charge.
Unfortunately many banks display online authorizations like a charge in their online-banking tools. This is a general problem, that often leads to confusion.
Anyway, really can assure you, that we do not charge credit cards before the parcel is ready to be shipped out.
Regarding the price issues with toys: unfortunately it is difficult for us to get the same conditions that Japanese stores get. Many goods we have to buy from Japan and on top of our buying price we also have to pay for the shipping from Japan to Hong Kong.
Of course we would prefer to be always able to offer the best prices, but unfortunately that is not always possible.
I hope I could help you a bit to understand our side of the matters.
With best regards from Hong Kong

HW Japan – Last July Order 2009

Finally! I got my MG Gundam Exia Ignition Mode today. That was the last order for July from HW Japan which also includes three Kotobukiya new weapon sets. All of them are nicely made for my Gundam projects.

Okay, I know I have been inactive lately about building Gundam. But I am totally broke right now and my own mistake overkill my spending like no tomorrow. I have rules for myself and dislike building directly except only for limited made plastic kits. No matter what, both paints and water decals must be present before I start my work. It just too bad none of them did. The only things I can do are continue preparing for each kit I collected so far.

Check out the overkill photo I last brought on June and July.

Haze and Insurance Strike on August

It’s getting worst in KB every day and I just can’t believe those dumb people went on continue burning leafs and grass at home especially some of those living in Governments and Shell housing in Mumong area. No one knows if they are hurry thinking going to die and imagine those neighbors living beside them are dragging to suffer inhaling from it.

I use to drop by in the park to jog and walk around. But with this kind of haze and open burning in those areas lately, I have to stop going until the sky goes back to blue again. When I was at work, damn the weather is really killing me when my car doesn’t have any air-conditioner (broken). Because of this, hiding in the office is the best option and hoping less calling out for services. >_>;;

Well, haze is now a problem in our daily life so now I have to worry myself for next two months. This month was one of them actually and September going to be worst. For September and October, there won’t be any Gundam or toys order for me from online store. UNLESS, something special or limited pop into my mind.

Last two month my purchase was entirely overkill by ordering extra Figma Drossel and getting Revoltech Super Galaxy Gurren Lagaan. I should have refrain pre-order Revoltech stuffs last month. It was a punishment ended up this month suffering paying my car insurance and foods. I don’t really like August at all. Compared to September, it was going to be the worst month because something always happen to my car.

My last pre-order for August will be Hobby Japan September issue that comes with limited XN kit. I can’t refuse not getting it, nonetheless for the rest of them. I am going to missed them a lot in my buy lists and at the same time, there are promotion going on in HW Japan. Pui! What an unlucky timing for me.

If I had money, these are the buy lists that I won’t skip in my life.

  • HG 1/100 Gale Stirke Gundam (30% off pre-order)
  • HG 1/100 Hail Bluster (30% off pre-order)
  • HG 1/100 Regan Duel Gundam
  • HG 1/100 Nix Povidence Gundam
  • HGUC 1/144 Jegan
  • HGUC 1/144 FA Gundam 7th Unit
  • HGUC 1/144 Ground Type Gundam Ground Combat Set
  • HG 1/144 Gundam O (with GN particle effect part)
  • MG 1/100 Sinanju Ver.Ka (30% off)

Kara No Kyoukai Movies

We might not be expecting new Naruto Shippuuden (Inheritors of the Will of Fire) third movie this year, which just recently air yesterday in all Japan cinema. But Kara No Kyoukai (Garden of Sinner) will definitely keep you busy for a while.

The anime is original based from a novel series, authored by Kinoko Nasu and currently there are six chapters already air and DVD released in Japan now. The upcoming new seventh chapter, 殺人考察 (後), Satsujin Kōsatsu (Go), will be air coming next week.

The seventh chapter is the continuation from the previous second chapter, 殺人考察 (前), Satsujin Kōsatsu (Zen). If you haven’t watched it, you should watch the second before you moved on. But normally, I would recommend you all watching previous chapters first.

I myself do admit had a hard time understanding the story because the events in the movie spilt into different timeline explaining what actually happens to the main character and also I was surprised this even involve about the magus rather than about hunting spirits related. Anyway, according to the source that they promise the final chapter will explain everything.

For those of you haven’t heard of it can check out the official website and the trailer below.
