I simply can't believe that Dell can't hire a proper employee from China that can understand English in the technical support live chat. I don't really mind if the person behind the desk can't type English or understand either as long they transfer me to the right department. Surprisingly one of them come to served me and wasting my time instead.
It seems like anyone can applied work with Dell as long you can type and give the questions listed on the papers. Here's the chat log they send to me. HA!
