This is an Ultramarines Primaris Captain wielding a master-crafted heavy bolt rifle and a power sword that comes with a sheath. The set only comes with a clock, and pairs of swappable hands. It’s a shame it doesn’t have the option to swap helmetless character heads because look a bit plain despite him being a captain. I may have to do mixing with other figures to upgrade his looks. Surprisingly, he is taller than the Librarian and comparable in size to Grey Knights Terminator.

I am very happy that my version received has no missing or comes with faulty parts except there is one unexpected problem and the biggest complaint in the community. His current hand is too small to hold a heavy bolt rifle (incl. Executor Heavy Bolter) grip properly. This issue applies to all Heavy Intercessors and Eradicators released. I remember reading in the community chats that this happen because JT resized the weapons in the production, after finding that it doesn’t match the tabletop version.
The rest so far is just the problem of putting up the cloak in the backpack (need to be very careful the ‘Halo’ part is non-removable), limited head movement and having to forcefully insert the sword sheath ball joints into the hole.
