Treasure Toy Hunt – Land of Freedom July 2022

It is quite a while since I shipped something from the US. During the COVID, I was a kinda headache figuring out how to ship out my orders from TF Source after six months expired of keeping them at their warehouse. Luckily one of the local collectors I am friends with told me about a good forwarder service, I was able to get it sorted out. So this year again, I decided to do some online shopping at eBay and look for a great deal while taking advantage of their local free shipping (for some).

The first hunt, Transformers Generation WFC Galactic Odyssey Collection Botropolis Rescue set is one of my priority wishlists to get. It’s rarely available in Asia and sold out fast. One of the locals was selling it but due to the low budget issue for a few months, I missed the opportunity. The best way to source this, I have to go through the bidding and slowly find the right price on eBay. I did try to source at Mandrake but their DHL shipping charges for some reason are up and down.

Second Hunt, Transformers add-on kits from JRC Design. I read about the guy from the TFW2005 forum and happen to find some stuff that I wanted like the leg stiffeners clip for BB Headmaster Fangry. These days, Hasbro/TT toys have too many problems. I also get Perceptor hinged back cover for the ugly empty hollow back, the missing (WTF) Core Skywarp null rays weapon on both sides and finally Kneepads for Legacy Laser Prime which he gave me the wrong one I originally ordered without leg filler and side cover. All is good and free. I don’t have to spend extra money to get the DNA Design version.

The plastic quality is solid, strong material and the price is good.

Another hunt from eBay, Transformers Generation Select Power Dasher. I made a mistake placing an order for this one because there’s another seller who posted all Power Dasher Cromar (2x), Zeta and Aragon as a set. What terrible timing and took me a few days to think about what should I do with the extra two Cromar if I get the set. In the end, I decided to abandon the idea and the credit card is already reaching its limit.

Lastly, two FansProject from BBTS. An upgrade add-on, Parallax TFX-06 Red Armor (USD 14.99), and Function-X6 Knight (USD 42.00). It was a very good price for both of them getting over 60% discount. I always told myself not to get the armour upgrade for my classic Optimus Prime. But he is just getting boring so I decided to give him a change. Well, I have to admit. It’s not bad, especially since the vehicle mode is completely different and looks great.

As for the Function-X06 Knight, never intended also to get him. I was planning to build an IDW Wreckers trainee. His size is good CHUG and I have the feeling Strongarm might be coming. Breacher on the other hand is tricky since I sold him off last time and consider him very rare these days. I probably going to just get the KO oversize version and painted it.

That was really unexpected information found in Wikipedia and surprise to know we have a porno celebrity in our country. Her name is Jayna Oso , was born in Brunei and raised at Hawaii according to the Wiki. She is really quite popular in the states and not to mention hardcore porn star. “This Photo belong to Shiroi Kaze ” I don’t really know if that is true after I decided to look through her profile in the official porn site. It somehow didn’t state that she was from Brunei instead they only mention about Malaysia. I think this might be a mistake or something and probably her mother was Malaysian. It just my guess and only she herself know the answer. Well, if you want to dug deeper, you might want to visit her My Space and drop her a question.
